Registration & Profile. When you register as a location partner or advertiser, we collect:

  • Full name, company name, business address, email address, and phone number
  • For location partners: property details, proof of ownership or lease, bank account details for payments
  • For advertisers: billing address, GST/PAN number, and campaign setup information
  • Identity verification documents as required under applicable law

Payment Information. We collect financial details necessary to process payments, including bank account numbers, IFSC codes, UPI IDs, and/or credit or debit card information.

Communications. When you contact us, we may collect your name, email, phone number, and message content. We may track email opens to improve our communications.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

Display & Location Data. Our Advertising Displays automatically collect precise geolocation data to enable location-based content delivery, audience measurement, and targeted advertising.

App & Website Data. When you use our website or apps, we automatically collect:

  • Analytics data through providers such as Google Analytics or Firebase to understand usage patterns
  • Device and log information — IP address, browser type, OS, device model, and network carrier
  • Usage information — pages visited, links clicked, session duration, and interaction timestamps

1.3 Information from Third Parties

We receive information from third-party data providers that may include mobile advertising IDs (MAIDs), IP addresses, demographic data, audience segment information, and inferences about individuals who do not interact with our Services directly. We may share relevant campaign performance data and anonymized audience statistics with location partners who host our Advertising Displays, to help them understand the value their premises contribute to advertising campaigns.

3.4 Legal & Regulatory Disclosures

We may disclose your information when required to: (a) comply with applicable laws or regulations; (b) respond to lawful requests from law enforcement or government authorities; (c) protect the rights, property, or safety of HYGH, our users, or the public; or (d) enforce our Terms and Conditions. 3.5 Business Transfers

If HYGH undergoes a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law. We will take reasonable steps to protect your information before any such transfer.
